Cancellation Policy

In the event that you must cancel a scheduled service within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. If you do not show up within five (5) minutes of your scheduled service time and you fail to notify us of your cancellation, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. All same-day and no-show cancellation fees will be automatically charged to my method of payment on file. Additionally, I herein agree that I will not dispute any charges to my payment method on file, unless a legitimate reason arises. 6. Child Policy. We at Sugar Pie Lashes love families and kids! However it is a safety risk if our Lash Artists are distracted by excess noise or movement, or if your children are in the service area. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose children are a safety risk to themselves or others.
