Cancellation Policy

In the event that you must cancel a scheduled service within 24hours of your service, you will be charged 50% of your service fee.  If you do not show up for your scheduled service time (a no-show) and you fail to notify us of your cancellation, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.  All same-day and no-show cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. 

 

Sugar Pie Lashes does not offer refunds, we do offer a 3-day grace period. If you're not 100% satisfied with your lashes, give us a call within 3 days of your initial service and we will get you back in asap to make your lashes are perfect for you. This does not apply to mini fills.
